It relies on an international network of Professionals and Partners, and Specialises in *design and project management, consultancy, and urban planning.* The studio also collaborates with companies specialised in the field of construction and architectural technology.
Innovation, creativity, eco-compatibility, technical knowledge, experimentation, individual centrality, are just some of the keywords of the studio. The philosophy is that "every project is unique". The guiding choices are the analysis of the context, the idea of space, the sensation of the place, the satisfaction of the individual: from these concepts, the creative process starts. LF&Partners' projects also address the difficult issue of the confrontation between past and present in architecture and design.
The areas of intervention of the studio are: *Architectural & Business Building, Industrial Design, Building Project - Best Building, Recovery and Renovation, New Construction, Urban Planning, and Interior Design*. For WeInvest, the LF&Partners Studio takes care of the architectural and design structuring of its projects for the best valorisation of real estate assets..

To complement the Group and support the proposed offer, the Companies rely on a wide Network of *Specialised Partners and Ambassadors* in various fields, such as *legal, tax, corporate, organisational, attestation consultancy, etc*.
#### Our Company
WeInvest was founded in 2016 as a result of the merger between *Atena srl*, a Fintech company specialising in investment analysis and business model assessment, and *LF&Partners*, an architecture and design firm specialising in the valuation of real estate assets. The company aims to provide the best consulting services in the Real Estate and Corporate fields, leveraging a vast network of National and International Investors.
To strengthen the company's existing activities, the dynamic *WeInvest Club Deal Network* has been created in recent years. The network aims to promote investment opportunities in multiple market sectors such as *Technology-ICT, Energy, Food & Beverage, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare, Circular Economy, Retail, Luxury, etc*. The network targets new *Investors *looking to maximise their business opportunities, *Ambassadors* who can bring in new deals and investors to the network, and *Partners *who can offer their specialist services to network members.
WeInvest is led by three experts with diverse but complementary skills, know-how and experience:
- **D*****r. Stefano Baroncini***, whose contribution to WeInvest focuses on Economic and Financial Consultancy, with particular attention and creativity in combining original and innovative *Business Ideas* and developing effective *Business Models* for any type of investment and/or corporate structure. He is also the reference figure for *Negotiation *and *Contract Closing Activities*;
- **A*****rch. Luisita Facchin***, an Architectural, Urban planning and Design professional with extensive experience in identifying different and better uses for each *Real Estate Asset* to maximise its Value. She also manages the consulting area related to the identification of *new materials *and *new technologies* to achieve the maximum in terms of Profitability and Savings from each Transaction;
- ***Dr.** **Abd al-Sabur Gianenrico Turrini***, a *Teacher* and *Expert *in *Islamic Finance *and *Shariah Compliant Finance*. In WeInvest, he is the reference figure for consultancy in the *Real Estate field *(valuation of real estate and Corporate Assets) thanks to a deep knowledge of the Real Estate Market and Investors at the National and International levels.
